Talk At Soho House, London

I had the pleasure of giving a talk on Nutrition for Optimal Health & Weight where there was a great turnout.

I spoke in depth on my 3 main principles of nutrition, namely to eat a whole foods diet, to eat as many plants as you can and to eat as early as you can in the evening for optimal sleep and wellness.  I also explored the topic of the gut microbiome and the importance of maintaining good gut health as well as touching on how the foods we eat will influence our gut bacteria which in turn can affect our weight.

The questions kept on coming and were far ranging from female health concerns to the benefits of creatine and why women shouldn’t be afraid to take it!
